apprentice chef – we are currently looking to start someone’s career as an apprentice chef. we are offering the position to people with a passion for food and the hospitality industry. applicants should be willing to work nights, public holidays and during school holiday periods. the right person will be rewarded with a sound professional fondation to continue a high stanadard carreer in hospitality.
floor staff – casual floor staff required for busy summer season. positions to commence mid december. applicants should be willing to work a variety of shifts, breakfast, lunch + dinner 7 days, be hard working, efficient, experienced hospitality people.
